Sisley earned a bachelo?s degree in physic/mathematics at Grove City College and a master of science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. After three years in the steel industry, Sisley moved onto a different path. He received a maste?s in theology and became a Presbyterian Minister. Sisley served in Albany, Syracuse and Utica for 24 years. He also worked as an interim pastor in New York City and as a field representative for the Heifer Project International, a worldwide hunger organization. The title of his lecture is "The Model for Presidential Ethics: Harry S. Truman."
